I was surprised to have the chef come to my table and be the one to grate the black truffle on my Capellini! I told him not to stop! Bon appétit!

This classy dining room is made more interesting by the brightly illuminated display kitchen that allows you to watch the artful assembly of each plate. A multi-course menu is offered and is designed to be a surprise for guests. The restaurant is careful to inquire about any allergies during the reservation stage and attempts to accommodate you. Often the meal begins with seafood-oriented dishes and moves on to some red meat options and then dessert. The waitstaff is exceptionally engaging. Three beverage pairings are offered by the restaurant to further enhance the meal experience. These pairings include a premium reserve pairing, a standard wine pairing and a unique non-alcoholic pairing.
