The chic, upscale steakhouse with a sunken dining room and amazing bar has made a big splash in the Chicago dining scene. While it's still all about the steak, the place does distinguish itself with fantastic bison and Wagyu cuts featured alongside a serious fish and seafood program. In addition to the signature 60-day, prime-aged rib-eye, try the 10-ounce Duke rib-eye filet or one of the bone-in filet options. Wild king salmon, big-eye tuna, black cod and premium lobster are also very popular.
