The popular eatery has moved to a snazzy new space and within view of their original location. With a small-plate theme, it is best to go with friends so you have a chance to try some amazingly bold menu items from the selection of antipasti, smears (type of spread), fried items, panini and la planchas (meaning grilled on a metal plate), as well as a fantastic selection of cheeses and house-made charcuterie. Everything is cooked to perfection, and flavors are distinct and delicious. As the name suggests, pork of all kinds is offered, including pig's ear with crispy kale and pickled cherry peppers topped with a fried egg. A casual but knowledgeable waitstaff will take care of you. They also offer an excellent selection of value-priced wines from around the world and boast at least 50 wines for less than $40 per bottle.
