Refined yet traditional, this restaurant offers something different from the typical south-of-the-border encounter. Chef Rick Bayless provides a distinctive twist on Mexican fare. Progressive décor gives a clue to the glorious event to follow. Multi-course tasting menus are the norm these days. The menus reflect the freshest ingredients that local artisanal farmers provide. Service is as warm as the chipotle sauce. A hefty service charge is added to all checks.
