AAA Inspector Notes
This refined American version of a Brazilian steakhouse features trained chefs, not gauchos, bringing the food around to each table and carving it tableside. Another distinctive element is that with each of the meats or fish brought, an accompanying sauce also is presented. The price is pre-set and includes a huge upscale salad bar featuring an extensive charcuterie selection, breads, fruits, artisan cheeses and excellent salads from strawberry arugula to fennel and artichoke. A variety of steaks are brought to the table including Wagyu beef, rib-eye and buttermilk sirloin. Roasted lamb, venison, pork sausage, red snapper and salmon are some of the items consistently on the menu. Fresh baked biscuits are brought to the table shortly after your dinner experience begins.
