This long-established restaurant prides itself on the preparation of outstanding ribs that they smoke for hours in a hickory-wood-burning pit with no liquid smoke, rubs or tenderizers. The ribs, chicken and chops are brushed with the restaurant's signature barbecue sauce but do not fall off the bone, as they like to say. Prime-grade steaks, chops and seafood also are featured on the menu, along with fine sandwiches and salads.
