It's hard to overstate how flashy and elegant the dining room is of this excellent Brazilian restaurant. The wide variety of meats are grilled churrasco-style and brought to your table on skewers carried by sharply dressed gauchos, who then carve the meat tableside. Filet mignon, rib-eye and sirloin steak, lamb, pork tenderloin, pork sausage, ribs and chicken are all offered. A dramatic salad bar is featured, with a wide variety of fresh vegetables, exotic cheeses, mixed greens and fruits. Accompanying the meal are yummy side dishes that include seasoned mashed potatoes, fried polenta and fried bananas, all served family-style during the meal.
