The creative menu features fish and seafood coupled with fajitas, quesadillas or enchiladas. Steak, pork and chicken dishes are joined with such traditional items as burritos, tacos and tostadas, with refried beans, pico de gallo and rice served with most meals. The meal begins with a basket of warm, freshly prepared tortilla chips and salsa. Excellent flan is offered, as are sopaipillas, puff pastries sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar with honey drizzled over the top.
