Nestled in the heart of downtown, this restaurant serves professionally prepared cuisine with interesting flavor combinations. The menu changes to reflect seasonal availability, but you can expect items such as the "Crispy Pork Belly," which has watermelon, jalapeño, Vietnamese vinaigrette and the Rensing's pork belly. The grass-fed beef burger and the pulled-pork sandwiches are delicious alternatives to the larger entrées. The portions are filling, but save room for dessert.
