The menu bursts with all manner of fresh seafood from around the country such as wild Hawaiian swordfish, Maine yellowfin tuna, Alaskan king salmon and Massachusetts oysters. Not to be overlooked on the menu are the fine Australian rack of lamb and the prime Nebraska filet mignon. A seven-course tasting menu is available for those wanting to sample something special from the chef.
