One would never imagine that Evanston was so far from the ocean after visiting this refined dining room. The menu bursts with all manner of fresh seafood from around the country such as wild Hawaiian swordfish, Maine yellowfin tuna, Alaskan king salmon and Massachusetts oysters. Not to be overlooked on the menu are the fine South Carolina quail and the prime Nebraska filet mignon. A 7-course tasting menu is available for those wanting to sample a larger variety of the chef's talent.
