Pros: The location was fairly close to a majority of places I needed to go.
Cons: I'm not sure how this hotel got such a high review. I was waiting at the front desk one night to ask a question & the employee was outside on her phone. When she came in she said she had to call a friend real quick.. she didn't even apologize. This wasn't the first time I was waiting at the front desk & had to wait for the employees to realize they were at work!! The shower curtain was torn at the top, so it didn't fully stay up. When I turned my heat on, it set off the fire alarm. I was shocked I didn't get a call from the front desk asking about that or even have the hotel evacuated to make sure everything was indeed okay. I'll never stay here again, I've never been more dissatisfied with a hotel.

Pros: My kids and I loved the waffle maker they had at the free breakfast they offer. We were all super comfortable. No complaints.
Cons: Not the hotels fault- but a fight between 2 men broke out as we were checking in. The woman at the desk told me and my kids to go into the bathroom in the back. The cops were called immediately and the situation was handled very professionally.

Mirror reflected the bathroom into the room. Sitting on the bed you could see someone in the bathroom and if you turned the bathroom light on during the night, it would shine on the bed.

Pros: The comfort of space of 5 was great for us and the breakfast area was clean not to many people standing around it was nice! The location was good for me cause this was my first time in St. Louis and my GPS took me straight there with no problems. See u next year family reunion
Cons: We asked the man/ staff member that took my card if breakfast or pool came with the room he told us no pol or breakfast. That night after skating a woman was at the desk we asked her she said yes it was breakfast at 5-8am but no pool

Pros: The location. Plenty of places to eat and shop close to this location. Easy access to highway.
Cons: Furniture needed dusting, we requested for bed to be changed and it wasn't. Breakfast didn't have meat and there was no pool.Refrigerator was too small and there was a funny smell not sure if it was coming from carpet or smoke.

Pros: The lady over the phone was knowledgeable about the local restaurants and had great personality. I couldn't believe the room actually looked like the picture.very comfortable and I've had some bad luck with hotels..Thank god I found a hotel I don't have to pay a million bucks to enjoy!!!Will deffinetly be back!!!

Pros: Good breakfast. Mostly clean room.
Cons: Room was hot even with the AC at max. It never did get cool enough. 3 men were talking and laughing real loud outside our window just outside the front entrance at 3 in the morning. It might have been hotel staff. We called the desk to ask them to make the men be quiet but no one answered the phone.

Pros: I really appreciated such a good deal and the size of the room for such a good deal! The room really made you feel like you were even possibly IN St. Louis with the gorgeous Arch picture above the bed, but still the comfort/luxury of home with your surroundings. Cons: The UNremodeled bathrooms were a total fail! Bathrooms are definitely selling features. The room looked dingy. Bath looked nasty. I barhed with a towel in the tub as well as with flip flops on.
