Cons: Small bathroom vanity. Cheap paper products.
Pros: Beautiful, comfy room. Great breakfast.
Cons: The young woman that checked us in had a bit of an attitude, but the woman on the desk in the morning was very nice.
Pros: We often stay at this particular Hampton Inn and always find it clean and quiet. The front desk has been able to accommodate our needs.
Cons: We felt sorry for the gal working the front desk when we arrived. She was working alone and was swamped. Even so she did her best to make our check-in easy.
Pros: Generous breakfast, well-kept rooms, ample towels, etc.
Family with Young Children
Pros: Friendly staff - neat & clean
Pros: The staff was very friendly and efficient, check in was a breeze, they loaned us a wine opener and granted us late check out (at a last minute request). The room was also clean and comfortable. Location was also a plus - close to the highway and food options including walking distance to Cracker Barrel.
Cons: Counter space in the bathroom was a little tight. I would have preferred the coffee maker somewhere else in the room but it was nothing unmanageable.
Pros: Amy at the front desk was very courteous
Pros: Everything was very nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The afternoon I checked in the front clerk asked me for my credit card number, I asked why she said it is for after you check out, if there were any incidents we are a mature couple! Today I happened to look at our bank account there it was a $25 dollar charge, I called the hotel was told it would drop off We'll see!!!!!!!
Pros: Clean, spacious room.
Cons: I stayed there in 2014 and the pillows were big and very comfortable. This time there were small pillow not quite as comfortable. Maybe, I should have asked if it was possible to have them in my room.
