This hotel has a stylish lobby with stacked-stone wall accents and a fireplace. The guest units have ample space and feature 37-inch flat-screen TVs, a couple of whirlpool rooms are also available.
45 units. 2 stories, interior corridors.
Pros: The entire hotel smelt of Marijuana the whole time we were there. The pool doesnt look like it gets taken care of. My kids ended up with rashes on their bodies from the condition of the water in the pool. Chemistry was way off and probally not state legal. (I work for a pool company).
The beds are very uncomfortable. The price per night is not worth the stat. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.
Cons: Everything, the staff doesnt k ow english, so trying to talk is impossible.

Pros: Great location for Tinley park concert
Cons: Room stinks like body odor, sheets had bed begs and hair from other people. Not clean whatsoever. Room 220When I complained, they offered to change the sheets but at that point bugs in a bed means bugs everywhere. No thanks Would NEVER stay here again !!!!!

Pros: Good location.
Person on night staff did his best to try and stop the noise from the second floor.
Cons: Walls are paper thin, so could hear conversations outside, above and next door. Had a non-smoking room, but the hallways leading to it smelled heavily of smoke. Lots of kids running up and down the halls and jumping up and down in the rooms above made for a difficult night of sleep.
Rooms and lobby could use some updating. Breakfast was included, but the eating area was so small that we couldn't get near it; we ended up eating elsewhere.

Pros: Staff was very friendly.
Cons: We had a flat iron come up missing after the room was cleaned. We searched all of our bags (2) and the drawers. Even the trash cans and under the bed. Also, when we returned the second evening, they had turned our A/C off and opened the windows. It was over 100 degrees that weekend. Not happy about that at all! Breakfast could have been a little better.
Pros: Level of service was as was mentioned by previous reviews. Staff/service was prompt friendly and responsive. Bed and pillows very comfortable, room and bath very clean. Didn't have breakfast. Restaurants and gas stations very close. Excellent location for my travels.
Cons: Ice machine needs to be replaced. Looks like it has been through a war zone. Not willing to risk health using ice from it...disgusting; cleanliness/routine filter service questionable. Ice only available on first floor. Purchased ice from local gas stations; glad I had a cooler. Had to plug in microwave and fridge (not a big problem); although, staff should have done so prior to my guaranteed arrival.
Pros: It was convenient,.
Cons: Towels and linen were terrible.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The cleaning lady even gave me a hug. The front desk staff was helpful in knowing the surrounding area and how to get places.
Cons: The Ice machine ran low but the hotel was completely full and it was very hot outside so I don't think that was the hotels fault but I do think they should consider investing in a 2nd ice maker.
Pros: The room was clean and nice
Cons: They have a timer on the air conditioner. After a while they turned the air off. We think they do this to save money. We had to call the front desk twice to have the air turned back on by them in the office. My husband has breathing issues and to have to call to have air when it is 90% is crazy. We also went to have waffels for breakfast and their machine was broken.

Pros: Very good value for the money. Extremely friendly staff. Will definitely recommend .
Pros: Management solved issue which appeared with booking and gave me higher class room for the same price, I got jacuzzi for free!;) breakfast was nice! Price for that area is also affordable. In general satisfied;)
Cons: I've booked this hotel in the same day with arriving, but when I arrived I was surprised that I am not in the list, and I didn't reserve a room. Booking app failed. Later found email with apologize on my box...
Pros: They did have a down stairs room near the entrance.
Cons: The room smelled of body odor, the sheets were not fresh, had to wrap the pillow case with a towel as it smelled. I also received several bites during the night, found 2 bed bugs in the morning. Just had to get out of there!
Pros: Nice room, comfy bed, nice helpful staff.
Cons: There was only 1 washcloth in the room.
Pros: Would have been nice to have a little more hot food available
Cons: There was also not yogurt

Cons: Was sent to an unclean room after scheduled check in time. The pipes were bad and the water in the shower turned colors
Pros: Friendly 3 - 11 desk woman 2 nights and a male the 3rd night. OK continental breakfast. Clean room and eating area. Free internet
Cons: Most everything was more than acceptable. Nice to have a selection of restaurants available.

Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My sister and I stay here whenever traveling back home. The only improvement would be to have a handicap accessible front door.
Traveling as Couple
Cons: It was a hole in the wall type, with people hanging around the hotel late night
Cons: The mini refrigerator in the room was left unplugged so that we could plug it in upon arrival. It clearly wasn't mistakenly unplugged either, as it had a sign posted by the refrigerator and microwave instructing how to plug both in. It takes hours for a refrigerator to reach the correct temperature when it has been off, so we had to get a bucket of ice to put small leftovers on top of. It was pretty ridiculous.
Before my husband and I went to dinner, we checked out the pool facility. We were disappointed to see that no visitors were allowed. We were in town for a surprise party the next day and were hoping to have a visit with my (adult) brother and his girlfriend before the party. I understand wanting to keep control and prevent things from getting crazy but I seriously doubt this location regularly gets busy enough to warrant this rule.
When we got back from dinner, the place had 3 cops (and 3 cop cars outside, successfully allowing my husband and I to become very nervous about what could possibly be happening) yelling at the employee behind the counter because the employee kept yelling at the cops and being rude to them. The employee kept shouting to have the cops remove a guest and that they needed to do their job. The cops were trying to tell him that the issue (whatever it was) was not a police matter. It was very unprofessionally (and publicly) handled.
The breakfast in the morning was terrible as well. There weren't many options and those they had were poorly prepared. My husband ate some bad cereal. The milk, he noted, had been sitting out in the open in a pitcher for a few hours and was completely warm. He took a chance on it and ended up getting sick off of it a little while later.
Pros: CLOSE TO WHERE WE WANTED TO VISIT. EASY ACCESS
Cons: BED WAS HARD....NEXT TO THAT IT WAS A FINE EXPERINCE
