It was above average. Staff very helpful and gracious. In good repair, in a safe area. It is by a lake with a walking trail around it.
Pros: The hotel is in a quiet location, but also hard to find.
Cons: .We did not like the room we were given. It was on the first floor, with a volleyball/basketball court right outside our window -- like four feet away! Not easy to rest with the sound of bouncing balls.

I will stat again if in the area
Pros: Very, very clean and the front desk clerk, Oscar, was very polite and helpfull. Complimentary breakfast was a surprise as we stayed a lot in hotels lately and it is not included with the room anymore. Very pleased with the wireless internet.
Cons: We expected to have a pull out sofa in a king size suite but it wasn't the case, however, we handle it with that recliner and the ottoman for the kid. Bathroom space is divided between sink area and the rest and it is very tight.
Overall it was excellent.
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I couldn't spend more time.

We loved here!
Pros: The most kind staffs we’ve ever met; although “kindness” is not about the room itself, their kindness made us feel everything better. Great pool! Small but good breakfast. Clean. Great location!
Cons: Sofa bed was not so comfortable..
It was great l
Cons: Access was a bit difficult sharing entrance with 3 other hotels and restaraunt.

Cons: No Bar
Cons: Was charged an additional $100 with no explanation on receipt provided. Didn't match what was actually charged to my card.
Pros: The room was sooo spacious!!
Cons: The price but just because you never want to spent more than $100
