After preparing upscale haute cuisine for years in the Chicago-based Ritz-Carlton hotel, this notable chef, with her equally talented partner, now prepare upscale comfort food. Highlights include chicken cutlets, fish and chips, sirloin burger, fried chicken and crispy half duck with an orange duck sauce. The menu changes seasonally as the restaurant goes out of their way to obtain the freshest possible items. Some Greek-style preparations also are featured on the menu.
