Ottawa Historical and Scouting Heritage Museum is s. on SR 23, then just w. on Washington St. to jct. Canal St. Dedicated to the history of scouting in America, the museum displays uniforms, badges, canteens, compasses and historic photographs. An exhibit is devoted to Robert Baden-Powell who was credited as the founder of scouting. Displays about the history of Ottawa also are presented.
