Pros: Very nice hotel. Definitely worthy of being designated more than 2 and a half stars. The room that they use for breakfast was also open for sitting and visiting in the evenings which was a nice amenity for the group we were staying with.

Fabulous
Pros: By far the nicest, most updated hotel we stayed in traveling from MA to WI. Loved the bathroom and the bedding. Comfy stay.
Cons: A little far off our route, but quiet because of it. Loved everything except the pancake machine was broken :(

NEVER WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Cons: . I booked two rooms for one night stay and was charged for two nights on both rooms. I was also charged in advance instead of paying at the time of check in. They gave me an extremely hard time when I wanted the second night refunded. I would never stay there again. David Smiles is the manager and treated me poorly, accusing me of not knowing how to bank or read the terms of Booking.com. He also said he would not charge me for the stay. He returned all the money to my checking account, then the next day he removed the funds for the one night. Absolutely disgusted at his games.
