Pros: The staff if friendly and gives the impression that they are out for your well being
Cons: Yes - the shower/water did not work whatsoever. About 3 hours into my reservation I had a family emergency and needed to check out early - I was refused a refund.

Pros: The managers reception includes cocktails and some appetizers-chips/salsa, veggies/ranch dip, pretzels and snack mix. The hotel restaurant had good food and service.
Cons: Parking is across the street and somewhat confusing to understand. There is an additional cost of $25. You walk across the street to get into the hotel. There is an option of using valet parking. The elevators are slow, waiting area for them is warm

Pros: Pretty much location
Cons: The only thing they don't tell you is that there's no known "free" outside parking near the hotel - so, you're on the hook for $25/night garage parking. That wasn't pleasant, but for one night, I'll let it slide.
