Pros: Location was right where I needed to be
Cons: No refrigerator in the room. They advertise wi-fi, but do not mention you pay extra for it. Parking was extremely high priced. Clock was set wrong and could only be changed by maintenance. I called after first getting there, and had to call again the next day before it was corrected.

Pros: The fireplace in the lobby
Cons: When we gave them a security deposit (cash) the next day we checked out they tried to keep the deposit. We asked if they had a fridge they said no and then we saw a young man bring a fridge up to another room . we will Never stay here again

Pros: Attentive staff, did their best to fix a Booking.com screw up
Cons: The only complaint I have is that Booking.com DOES NOT send comments made during the booking process to the hotel in advance. As a result when we got there they had NO IDEA I was disabled and needed accessible bathroom. THEY BENT OVER BACKWARD to accommodate me the best they could, including giving us free Starbucks coupons and free breakfast buffet ($21.50 each) and waiving the parking fee. We had to wait over an hour for them to locate and clean the best accessible accommodation they had and all of it could have been avoided if Booking.com would communicate with the hotels we choose. I will not take the communication for granted again...and because of this major inconvenience may never again use Booking.com. The hotel was terrific, their staff professional and helpful. I would stay there again

Pros: The mattresses are very comfy, although the ceilings are nearly on your head they seem so low.
Cons: the price of breakfast was wow- way too high. Was charged $127.93 for just for basic breakfasts with watery coffees. The outdated and yuck bathroom, the corners and cracks are filthy and are not 4 star!! Service was non-existant. The pool is lacking any kind of nice elements, it is strictly a hot chlorine filled tub, 42" deep in a humid hot stinky room.
