This hotel has an obvious lodge-style design and features spacious guest rooms with elegant white bedding. It's set in a tranquil wooded area outside of town. The enormous lobby features a vaulted wood-beam ceiling, a slate-stone fireplace and plush leather seating. A lovely wall mural details the history of the town.
Smoke free premises. 100 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Pros: when i finally got yhe room i booked and paid for... i slept on a couch with pillows so i wouldnt fall throught the first night... horrible for the money i paid
Cons: the fact management has done nothing to rectify this uncomfortable stay with broken furniture
Pros: The breakfast buffet was good, and the foods were kept hot and the food supply was continuously updated. We stayed in the quad rooms with my sister and 7-year old grandson, the room and equipment was more than adequate for our needs.
Cons: The towels could've been more fluffy or thicker, the pool towels could've been longer and thicker. They didn't have a hot tub, but they had space for one (but I can see why they didn't keep it going, if they had in the past, what a mess).
Pros: The room was very comfortable.
Cons: Timbercreek had no record of my reservation - we were able to get the last room available.
Pros: It was clean which is very important
Cons: Price was ridiculous for a small town. Food in bar not great. Breakfast was awful
Pros: The staff was exellent, they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Had a birthday dinner for our son in the attached restraunt and they charged us $24 for bringing in our own cake.
Pros: Room was nice and clean
Cons: Smell in hallway. No HBO on TV as advertised. Not enough slip proof strips in tub. Price was way to high. I saw it $60 on another site before we came down. No whirlpool by pool.
Pros: Not very much.
Cons: Staff was not knowledgeable about local restaurants. I also asked if i was going to be charged for entire stay when i checked in...she did not know and did not offer to ask someone else. She was also eating while speaking to me. The fire department was also dispatched to my room because the steam from shower set off alarm. Very embarrassing.
family with young children
Pros: The staff was very apologetic.
Cons: The breakfast was a joke. The wifi did NOT work. Ever. Also there was no cell service in the building so basically no devices.
Pros: Lobby was gorgeous. Staff was friendly. Clean hallways and room. Comfy bed.
Cons: I thought it was too high of a price compared to other hotels I have stayed at in similar locations. This was also a week night which surprised me when I made the reservation.

Pros: everything was new
Cons: no soap upon arrival
pool closed too early, keep open for adults until 12:00, it was out of the way and would not bother any quests
