Pros: This place charged our credit card 3 TIMES.
Cons: At 6 am I awoke to workers right outside of my window having a VERY LOUD social conversation, that lasted all morning. Also, theywere cleaning the windows, which then led to a very strong bleach kind of smell that filled the room and made me feel nauseas.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located, accommodated our request for two beds per room, and had good amenities and a breakfast that was quite nice.
Cons: Regrettably, we discovered that one of the mattresses had moisture too late (after the exhausted kids were asleep). We therefore just laid layers of towels down, and slept on it.

Cons: I was not happy with the stay overall. When I first arrived I was given a room, when I got up there to that floor there happened to be 4 men in the room working. The room was not clean the beds had no sheets on. So I went down stairs to get another room, about 35 minutes later I received a room which was on the 4th floor. We walked off the elevator and the odor of bleach was so strong it was hard to breathe. My partner is allergic and we knew we needed allergy medicine before she broke out. And lastly later that night we tried to watch some TV to wind down before bed and out TV signal wasn't working on any channel but channel 5. I called the front desk but there was nothing to be done till the morning. I have had good experiences at this location before but this time was far below my expectations.

Cons: So, Wingate is supposed to be a little nicer than rest. The carpets were dirty in the hallways. There was no complimentary water. The breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. We arrived in the afternoon and I didn't see any coffee out. It didn't seem much different that a Holiday Inn. I thought it was just ok for the price, but it was a last minute booking. They added the taxes on to the booking price and again for the price it was just ok.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. I truly liked the stayconnect app to watch my shows from my Hulu app. Place was quiet and peaceful, so getting a good night's rest was easy.
Cons: The housekeeping staff starts early in the morning. They were knocking on my door to clean up pretty early, so that's my only complaint.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and professional. The property was clean and well maintained. Rooms are nice sized. The location is perfect; there's food, shopping, and leisure activities in close proximity. For veteran's, if you book through their site or have a valid military or VA I.D. at check-in, they do offer a military discount.
Cons: They serve breakfast, but it has a limited variety....and it wasn't very appetizing.

One of the better hotel...
Pros: The bed was quite comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, and the continental breakfast while not exceptional, was plenty good. This was one of the better stays of our recent travels. We initially chose this due to the proximity of the amphitheatre but we were more than pleased with the lodgings.

Pros: Location of the hotel is great as it is close to many other hotels and restaurants. The Hotel is clean and had a smooth check-in/ check-out experience. Hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help. Room service came in everyday and we never had to ask them to clean the room. Heated Jacuzzi was amazing to help relax and have some me-time.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was very basic with no changes on a daily basis and not much options. It fits the purpose of a quick breakfast for someone who wants to get on the road quickly but for visitors who are looking to try something new, I had to skip it at the hotel a couple of times and try something different outside.
The main pool was not heated as we were told and I had to ask the front desk to check it for us cuz it was a bit cold and she said it should be room temperature (therefore, the pool is not heated and it is only room temperature) which is inconvenient for children.
The room service did not do anything other than do the bed, take out the trash, and change the bathroom towels. While they never tidy-up the room or clean-up any mess left in the room which is inconvenient to come back to a messy room.
Shower is not portable which is inconvenient for families with toddlers and it makes it harder to give them a shower or clean them up.
