Pros: The bed, linens, and pillows were AWESOME! The staff was absolutely great and we will definitely stay there again!
Cons: We liked the breakfast that was served except my husband did not like the texture of the eggs. I didn't mind it.

Pros: The new manager was impressive and eager to ensure that our first visit to the renovated room facility was a good one. The room was comfortable and quiet with good air conditioning.
Cons: I wish they had HD cable channels instead of only SD. My wife noted the absence of a full length mirror in our room.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was good.
Cons: I know the hotel is under renovation but that caused a smell that wasn't pleasant in the rooms. I booked three different rooms for my family members and there was mold in all three showers that a toothbrush and some bleach would have removed--this left us feeling that the rooms weren't very clean. The rooms have been freshly painted recently which is nice but whoever caulked their shower and sink did a terrible job--I could have done better and this makes the new renovation look poorly done. Also the hot tub wasn't working and gave the appearance of having not worked for a long period of time. I was very disappointed as I thought this would be a luxury hotel for my family since it is a Ramada!
