Pros: Tyler was working in the evening and he was very apologetic and assisted me with changing the Very dirty sheets, comforter and pillows.
Cons: Dirty bathroom floor. Dirty tub. Very gross dirty sheets, comforter and pillows. I turned on the heat and it set off the smoke alarm. Upon my departure on the morning of 8-25-16, I spoke to the women at the front desk, I didn't even get an apology. She said "I will speak to housekeeping", she then said, who's next in line to help. It was like she was dismissing me. This was an awful hotel experience.
