This uniquely styled property has a nice pool area, and complimentary breakfast buffet featuring their hot cinnamon rolls. Guest rooms feature split bathrooms with separate vanity spaces.
Smoke free premises. 69 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Pros: The range and quality of facilities (in room and outside, eg pool and gym) suited our needs very well. Basic things like coffee and other products in the fridge 24/7 was also appreciated.
Cons: A smoker had used the room before us and this left an unpleasant odour as did the spray used to counter the smoke smell. Regular train air horns could be a bit disturbing during the night even with the windows closed - maybe look at double glazing.
Pros: The location is pretty convenient for a stay in the Auburn area with nearby access to I-69 and plenty of food options.
Cons: The place is getting a little tired. Needs sprucing up. The staff needs to pay more attention to details (our room was not made up after the first night). The provided breakfast is pretty thin.
Cons: Facility was not really clean and gym facilities were not available

Pros: Staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when there were other guests that complained about something, they kept their calm and were very pleasant and accommodating.
The accommodation for pets was super helpful. Ease of taking the dog out as needed was helpful as well.
Breakfast was good. Had quite a bit of choices. I was actually super impressed with the pancake making machine :-)
Cons: More cleanliness to the room. We had a bed with an old urine stain on the sheets. Told the staff who then gave us a new mattress cover and sheets so we could change the bedding. It was strange to have the sink outside of the bathroom? but perhaps its because the room accommodated pets? More thorough scrubbing of the floor which is an entrance to the front door, we had found caked in dirt or possibly old dog poop that was caked into the grout of the floor - was easily cleanable on our part, but finding that just then made me feel more anxious about the cleanliness of the whole room.
The timer for the light in the bathroom was a bit dated too.
There were sheer curtains, so there was minimal privacy from the window that looked out onto the parking lot. It would have been nice to be able to pull the "decorative" curtains so that the window could be completely covered.

Pros: Pleased overall
Pros: The food was great. The bed was comfy!
Cons: The pool water was FREEZING cold. Not warm at all.
Cons: A little high priced for the quality of the room. Thre breakfast was good but the orice could be a lot lower

Pros: The front desk employee, Michelle, was friendly and accommodating she welcomed us when we arrived and went out of her way to make us feel welcome, she's a great asset to the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The pool was nice and the breakfast was awesome
Pros: Everything but the bathroom had a musty smell
Pros: Besides being a nice place with a great staff, roll away beds were available.
Cons: We needed a roll-away bed, which is not available in many places. At the risk of them discontinuing the availability, the roll away supplied, needs a new or improved matress. The internal springs were torturous
Pros: Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Cons: The living room area of our suite seemed dismal. CFL electrical bulbs throughout the suite produced a cold, unpleasant, white lighting tone. Halogen bulbs (soft white) would have been a much better choice. Nice bathroom.
