Guests do not have to trek to the Himalayas; merely take a few steps away from the Indiana University campus into this cozy restaurant for authentic Tibetan, Thai and Indian specialties served up by the Tibetan owners. Mo Mos, steamed dumplings filled with a variety of ingredients, are the staple of the traditional diet. Try one of the stir-fried dishes prepared with thin wheat noodles and Tibetan spices. Curry Thai dishes and Indian curries pack a punch. All dishes can be crafted into vegetarian friendly dishes and prepared to your preferred level of spiciness. The restaurant is located in a converted house with an intimate dining room and plenty of outdoor seating during the warm weather months. Take in a picture of the owner's family posing with the Dali Lama while sipping on some Chai tea.
