Serving authentic Neapolitan-style, wood-fired pizza from an 800-degree oven, hand-shaped 13-inch pies are made from wild yeast, spring water and Caputo flour. The mozzarella and sausages are made from local ingredients and menu items feature fresh, seasonal ingredients. Select either a rossa or bianca pie and then choose from such ingredients as wood-roasted mushrooms, pancetta, fennel sausage, roasted figs, peppadew peppers or truffle oil. A small selection of fresh salads and starters are available, along with pasta dishes. A bar area at the center of the dining room is a perfect spot to catch up on the news or sports while chatting with others or pick a seat at the counter for a full view of the chefs hard at work in front of the wood burning oven.
