This older hotel has been kept in great shape due to attentive housekeeping. Guest rooms are nicely equipped with spacious desk areas and larger pillows. Smoke free premises. 73 units, some efficiencies and kitchens. 3 stories, interior corridors.

Pros: The bed was excellent I kive the food except the bacon,the poil and Jacuzzi were excellent as well.I think 1 of the employees could have been a little more friendlier but the morning shift named jessica was excellent
Cons: I didnt care for the bacon and 1afyernoin employee, I think they should have more childrens channels

Pros: Nice shower head. Beds were ok.
Cons: A lot could have been better. Upon arrival, entry way needed to be swept or mopped. Elevator walls were covered in fingerprints and looked dirty and the floor was sticky. Hallways needed to be swept!!!!! Carpet in room was stained and looked dirty all around the edges. Bathroom was terrible. The floor was disgusting. Lots of hair on the floor and hairballs behind door. The floor definitely needed to be mopped. The toilet bowl had stains at the bottom. It was obvious the room and halls had not been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. Even the writing tablet left on the nightstand had pages that had been "used" by previous customers because it was wrinkled and pages had been ripped off. It looked like the nightstand and desk and dresser had not been wiped off for quite a while. You can not just spot clean when it comes to hotel maintenance. Each clean must be a thorough cleaning. As someone in hotel management, I was disappointed and will never return to your hotel. I am also going to request a refund as the amount we paid was too much for what we received. I spoke to the front counter upon departure and asked to see the manager but was informed that the manager was not there. If the Hampton next door really does own this hotel, then they have a lot of work to do!!
