The Glass Museum is at 309 S. Franklin St. Exhibits include 8,000 pieces of glass from 110 factories as well as bottles, glass canes and leaded lamps and windows. The collection of Depression glass is particularly comprehensive. Glass manufacturers from central Indiana and elsewhere are represented by stemware, plates, bowls, candlesticks and vases. A collection of more than 1,000 cup plates also is displayed. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.

Hours: Mon. and Thurs. 10-7, Tues. and Fri. 10-5:30, Wed. 10-4 and Sat. 10-2, May-Oct.; by appointment rest of year.
