Pros: The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was right off the highway, though somewhat difficult to find, since it's behind another hotel (can't remember the name of the other hotel).
Cons: No

Pleasant

Pros: We did not have any regular coffee packs in our room, so one of us would go to the lobby for coffee. Not a biggie, just a slight concern. Our keys would not work the night we arrived due to a power outage earlier.
Cons: NO

Rip off, credit card double...
Pros: It is really a nice hotel, but the way how they handle credit cards is ridiculous and dangerous. You are better off dealing with them only in cash. I don't think this would match the reputation of the Candlewood Suites chain.
Cons: Stayed one night and the hotel charged 2 nights on my credit card. I complained at the front desk, the receptionist got confused and started phoning around the management. They said that there's a glitch in the system and they can do nothing about it but promised that they gonna refund the second night upon the checkout. I did ask it again the morning when I left the hotel. They assured me that they did the refund. Now, 12 days after I still do not have the amount on my credit card. Actually if you read the review you will see other guests complaint about the same issue. TOO BAD. This is a nice rip off! Isn't it? I reported it to Booking.com 3 times they did nothing about it besides the excuses. It is really outrages how booking.com protects (or not) the customers credit card deals. Just think about it for a moment. Once you booked, the hotel can do anything with your credit card, then if it is overcharged and you complain booking.com does no effective steps to get your money back and you have to go to your bank and do an complicated procedure in order to straiten out the issue. It is called attempt for swindle.
