Pros: The pool area was nice
Cons: The room was dirty! We had to clean the bathroom and wipe the toilet down to be able to use them. And had to ask for toilet paper and towels.

Pros: Love the bed. Love the convenience. Deacon Pope does a great job. I almost always check in after midnight, and he's been there every time I arrive.
Cons: Some of the bathroom drains are
inexorably slow. A couple of them actually developed standing water while I took a shower. Not good. Water temperature could stand to be a little hotter, too.

Pros: The facilities were what I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The staff however, was not.
Cons: The only polite staff person I came into contact with was the housekeeper who was knocking on the door of the room next to us to clean after their departure. The bed was huge, but not comfortable at all. Not to mention their "duvet" was merely a flat sheet, placed over the comforter, on the very top the bed. The biggest kicker for me though was the pool. As a mom of three boys, I am very disappointed that on the evening we arrived, the pool was open, then closed the duration of the next day, prior to checkout. We went to dinner after checking in and returned to see the pool was open, but our kids were tired. So the next morning, the kids are up early (7 am) and in their trunks, only to find the pool was closed (9 am) during a time when it should have been opened. None of the staff could tell us why or how long though. Then, it remained closed beyond our checkout at noon.
