Pros: Hilton corporate eventually got my refund, a month later.
Cons: The staff was not helpful, rude, and unresponsive. Not to mention just totally incompetent. They dragged me through the mud after double charging me for a room, and wouldn't even engage me to resolve the issue. There are 4 other hotels on that street.

Cons: hot tub wasn't working. it would be nice to know these things before wasting a dollars. that was reason for staying over the holiday inn.

Disappointed
Pros: Manager Tanya and Alicia for accommodating for my frustration.
Cons: I booked this 9 + rated motel because that’s usually what I look for when booking a multiple night trip stay. Totally disappointed with the housekeeping! On a 4 night stay day #1 was the only time my room was serviced, not to sure the linen was changed when we arrived! Day 2 the maid took the trash out and left us fresh towels didn’t make the bed or vacuum ect.. Day 3 came back from our business for the day late around 10pm and found our room untouched trash in can no clean washcloths ect.. I was livid kept my cool went to the front desk and talked to Alisha she has only worked there for a few months, but seemed like she’s been there for years very professional; she offered to come clean my room on the spot I declined as she was the only one there at the time. She gave me towels from a empty room because there was NOT 1 clean towel in the laundry room everything was still WET in the washing machines. Alisha called the duty manager Tanya close to midnight at this point and explained the situation and Tanya told her to have me check out with her in the morning. Tanya immediately terminated the maid because this wasn’t the maids 1st time doing this, which tells me Tanya is a “real manager”. Tanya offered to offset the motel charge because my disappointment. I will go back to this motel. unfortunately this trip I had a subpar maid that is no longer there so you should be good to stay from now on.
