Pros: Good pancakes. Unique design.
Cons: Never met a staff member. Checked in late so they put my key in a lock box that had a code to it. The code was already plugged in when I arrived. They never called to check on us and see if we needed anything. There was one restroom for 4 or more rooms and they didn't have wash clothes for our first night or hand soap our whole stay. Bed was overly noisy as you couldn't move your arms without making noise. Shower was broken. First night I thought it was just no hot water as the cold setting meant ice cold and the hot setting mean cold, turns out you have to have the nozzle somewhere perfectly in the middle to get hot water. I wanted to find a staff member to speak to but couldn't figure out where they were at. Also, to start off the whole trip, we needed to move back our stay one day as I had to work for someone whose grandma was passing away. When I spoke to a gentleman at first he was very kind and informed me it would cost extra as we would have to upgrade rooms since the cheaper room was booked. I asked if there were any other options so he went to ask his manager. When he spoke to me after this they all of the sudden couldn't switch dates at all and we were stuck. I wouldn't even expect such poor treatment from a chain hotel that just wants money. But getting such horrible treatment and care from a bed and breakfast was just shocking a disappointing.
Pros: Hostess/server/cook was an awesome lady...kind, thoughtful, helpful & pleasant.
Cons: Room needed more lighting. Difficult to read, apply make-up, etc.
Pros: The Innkeepers were very helpful and personable. We felt very welcomed.
Pros: Wonderful full breakfast (avail only Sat or Sun, otherwise continental).
Location just off I-65, 5 mins to downtown.
It's a B&B style in an old mansion in a neighborhood.
Cons: Parking is inadequate, we had to park on the street; bed stye is a full bed, not the most comfortable. Warning, not accessible at all, many steps to climb inside the house; we stayed in a "loft" room. Not so bad if you have no problems climbing stairs.
Pros: Personnel were very chipper and accommodating.
Pros: The house was amazing. The breakfast was good. Th staff was very polite.
Cons: Nothing bad to say....
Pros: The house was nice and cozy and pretty clean. The room was old-fashioned but cute. The bed was soft. Free parking is nice.
Cons: The staff (owner?) was unhappy and snippy because they couldn't reach us by phone to ask us when we would be arriving. Turned out that they don't have permanent staff there, but we didn't know that. They wanted to know the time when we would be arriving. Still, doesn't excuse them being snippy. There was no bathroom in our queen room, which was also a bad surprise. The bed was so screeching: any turn/shift woke me up because it was so loud. But the worst thing was dirty silverware that they served for breakfast. The breakfast itself was not bad, but the dirty knife in dry jam stuck to my napkin was too gross.
Pros: Very close to downtown, quick and easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Nice amenities like the bath, breakfast and snacks. Cozy big room. Felt more unique than your average hotel.
Cons: The shower pressure could've been better.
Pros: Nice, historic home with large rooms.
Cons: There was a single, shared bathroom. I hadn't thought to check on this ahead of time. Internet service was a little sporadic.
Pros: Comfy bed, great architecture, nice breakfast
Cons: lack of drinking water options - just bathroom tap
Pros: It feels like home.
Pros: Antique furniture style and house structure
Accessible to bus transport
Cool internal environment, well ventilated
Cons: Monotonous cold breakfast five days a week
Land Lord friendly but too rigid and conservative
A bit a distance away from town though tolerable
family with older children
Pros: Everything was nicely decorated and clean!
Cons: The front storm door it get stuck to open in the upper corner and it was ripped of the screen.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was quaint and cozy.My girlfriend enjoyed the shower and bath. We also both loved the breakfast available to us.
Pros: The room was cute, and the house is very old and quaint. The inn Keeper was friendly. The neighborhood was fantastic.
Cons: During our week long stay, every morning when we went to partake of the continential style breakfast, we would find the table set with dishes that had not been washed well and were sticky or had bits of food still on them. We became concerned about the food sanitation so much that we skipped the Sunday morning hot breakfast.
Cons: Just a bit far from downtown
Pros: The house and location and Innkeeper and quiet
Cons: The plug in room fragrance and too warm bed quilt and king bed mattress was worn out

Pros: We loved the colors in our room (bright reds, oranges and blue), the comfy beds and robes, and the delicious and generous breakfast. We enjoyed the sitting room, library, free snacks, and spacious porches.
Cons: Our room hadn't been adequately cleaned: There were ants on the floor and in the (shared) bathroom. The rugs in our bedroom were covered in crumbs and needed to be vacuumed. We were unable to connect to the wifi.
Cons: awful people
Pros: location; full hot breakfast; accommodating; welcoming feeling; onsite parking
Pros: Very nice and quiet. A big time stress reliever for sure!
Pros: Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Snacks were limited
Only decaf coffee available when it was not breakfast time
Pros: pretty old-style
Cons: staff are overstretched so checking in can be a problem
