I'm a huge fan of the gourmet style brunch fare at this local hotspot, especially the seasonally prepared Dutch baby pancakes.
AAA Inspector Notes
There's a reason why diners flock to this inconspicuous daytime café located in the up-and-coming Fletcher Place district. Housed in a light-filled former garage, talented chefs work in perfect rhythm to prepare reinvented brunch creations such as the smoked Swiss and ham Dutch baby pancake or the tea-soaked fried chicken. Bacon lovers will not be disappointed with a thick slab of their sorghum-glazed pork side. Over 25 house cocktails are offered as well as craft beer and wine selections. Even beyond the myriad of offbeat offerings, they feature an artisan coffee and pastry shop that is the perfect partner to the wait you most surely will encounter on most days. Be warned, some popular items go fast, so arriving early is definitely worth it.
