The unique cathedral setting adorned with brewing tanks is one of my favorite spots to sample their wide variety of seasonal and house brews.
AAA Inspector Notes
This 140-year-old Catholic parish has been repurposed into a sanctuary of beer and delicious eats. What first catches most diners' eyes when entering the wide-open space of the cathedral is the oversize, shining brew-making equipment filling the altar space. But beer aside, the flavorful food offerings can hold their own, including the poutine smothered in smoked beef, the porter-beer gravy and cheese curds, and the open-faced bison meatloaf sandwich.
