The staff was rude and wouldn't talk to us. We got in at midnight with a 4 year old and 1 year old and they gave us a room on the third floor that was dirty, the bed wasn't made, and there was still trash all in the room. Had to go back down to the front desk where the lady couldn't understand that she sent my family to a dirty room, then she finally sent us to a room on the second floor where there was no linen for the pull out bed and I had to go back down and explain every where I had looked.
That night I slept on the pull out bed and got the worst sleep ever! The pull out bed is very painful to sleep on as there is a metal bar that goes across where your hip and back is and the bed squeaks very loudly with every little move.
The next night I moved the chair out to sit in it and put our 1 year old to sleep, but one of the wheels was broken on it and separated from the chair so it tipped to one side...I was lucky I didn't fall out of the chair while holding her!
Also, a bunch of motorcyclist stayed there and apparently the cops were called. My family felt unsafe and uncomfortable throughout our entire stay.

Cons: Bad water pressure in shower, with no hot water. Their heater went out overnight. No signal on the tv, but did have it in the lobby. Took about 10 minutes to air complaints, as the only desk attendant was on the phone with tech support. All we got was a "sorry". Will stay across the street when returning in 6 weeks.

My daughter and I arrived late at night and we wanted to use the hot tub after our long drive. The manager extended the use of hot tub and pool for another hour after it closed. We appreciated that so much!

Cons: I've stayed here several times and more than once the room was not thoroughly cleaned. This last time there were grass clippings in the bed and all the receptionist did was say sorry. I've had a very dirty bathroom in the past and once the pool was well over the limit of people allowed in pool. I believe from what I could tell people were coming in off the street with carloads of kids. ( they were being let in by the outside door of the pool area ). Again nothing was done. Was told "that happens". Disappointing when the reason you stay there is the pool and unable to enjoy it.

Pros: The maid staff was so friendly and they truly were just amazing all around.
Cons: I had spoken to a staff member the Friday before my stay who had confirmed my dates and check in time. When I called again I was told otherwise. I was supposed to have checked in at 3am but was never told I had to have booked Friday night in order to do so. My fiance and I had to drive around until we could check in at 3pm. Luckily the manager on Saturday 7/23/16 was able to check us in early at noon. However the staff member I spoke to on Friday night 7/22/16 told me incorrect information.Driving at 3am with no where to stay in a town I had never been to before was not ideal.

Pros: Bed very comfortable and everyone was very friendly & accommodating.
Cons: When I checked in they had no reservation for me from Booking.com. I had a copy of my confirmation# but after checking several times it was not in the computer. Luckily for me they did have a room available and I ended up paying the same amt through the Hampton instead of Booking.com. I would have been very distraught if I had been unable to get a room. Not sure if I will use Booking.com for my next stay.

Bogus registration from Booking.com almost...

Cons: Booking.com booked a room that was not available. I got to the hotel andthey had no reservation for me! And the hotel clerk said this happensfrequently, but only with booking.com. After an eight-hour drive,getting in to town at 11pm, having a bogus registration was intolerable.It took us over an hour to find a hotel room!
