Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The place smelled, the facility desperately needed updating, the pull out bed was full of popcorn and had some sort of gross goo on the underside of the mattress. NOT the kind of experience I normally have at a Hampton Inn. I have a good friend that is a Hampton owner and I plan on sharing this experience with him.

Pros: Location staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Room had strong cigarette odor, staff brought ionizer in but did not help,mold on bathroom ceiling over shower. Felt that I should of received at least a partial refund due to very stong cigarette odor,no compensation offered.

Pros: The maid staff was so friendly and they truly were just amazing all around.
Cons: I had spoken to a staff member the Friday before my stay who had confirmed my dates and check in time. When I called again I was told otherwise. I was supposed to have checked in at 3am but was never told I had to have booked Friday night in order to do so. My fiance and I had to drive around until we could check in at 3pm. Luckily the manager on Saturday 7/23/16 was able to check us in early at noon. However the staff member I spoke to on Friday night 7/22/16 told me incorrect information.Driving at 3am with no where to stay in a town I had never been to before was not ideal.

Pros: Bed very comfortable and everyone was very friendly & accommodating.
Cons: When I checked in they had no reservation for me from Booking.com. I had a copy of my confirmation# but after checking several times it was not in the computer. Luckily for me they did have a room available and I ended up paying the same amt through the Hampton instead of Booking.com. I would have been very distraught if I had been unable to get a room. Not sure if I will use Booking.com for my next stay.
