Nestled into downtown, this intimate restaurant offers fresh and well-crafted American fare. Diners during the day are served more casual sandwiches, salads and pizza while diners at night get a more sophisticated menu featuring steaks, chops and fresh seafood. I enjoyed an appetizer of Brie en croute with a glass of wine at the central bar area and then moved on to the filet mignon with caramelized shallots for my main dish. They are closed for lunch on Saturday. On any given night in this upscale casual atmosphere you can find couples enjoying a romantic meal or a single businessman in conversation at the bar with the congenial bartender.
