Pros: Every thing! The Breakfast was great, the mattress was dreamy, the staff was outstanding and very friendly, and having a snack and drink offering shortly after arrival took the edge off a long day of travel.
Cons: My wife and I were very pleased and had no complaints. Great Job!
family with older children
Pros: The breakfast setup is especially nice. Pillows were great.
Cons: Everything was fine except that the bedside outlets and USB charging port were all dead.
Family with Young Children
Pros: Very clean and updated. Will stay here again!
Pros: The room was big and spacious. I liked controlling the temperature in the room.
Pros: Everything was Very clean. Breakfast was good. One of the best Hampton Inns.
Pros: We loved the hotel location and cleanliness. The staff was excellent and so very helpful.
Cons: I wish the handicapped room had been a little bigger. We like the one in the Hampton Inn in Knoxville I-75 North location. It is much easier for someone with a scooter to maneuver.
Pros: Nice clean room!
Cons: Free wifi was very disappointing. Too many hoops to jump thru and when we couldn't get it to work after 30 or 40 minutes we called the front desk. She was no help at all and only offered to give us a tech support number to call. When we checked out the next morning that staff member told us that guests don't usually complain about the service. My opinion is that they did not try as hard as us to make it work. It was important to us that particular night and service was unacceptable. Too bad too. The room was great otherwise.
Pros: Very clean and updated room. Good breakfast with helpful staff. A good experience.
Pros: The hotel was clean and beautiful
Night manager around 7pm was exceptional.
Cons: All Hamptons should be like this one
Traveling as Couple
Cons: No problems whatsoever.
Pros: Breakfast was very impressive, rooms were being renovated and were very nice.
Cons: Pool was filled with very loud group of 10 young boys with mother who didn't have the brains to try to keep them from splashing and shouting right next to us. Pool area had very bad acoustics anyway made worse by screaming kids. Should have an adults only time at night. This was at 10 pm
Pros: renovated property
Cons: breakfast was marginal as to quality
Pros: Great price and excellent accommodations
Cons: Wanted actual eggs for breakfast. They were serving some egg cheese mixture on half a bagel.
Pros: it met our basic needs.
Cons: We showed up at 3:00 A.M. to find out they were remodeling the place!!! I knew we should have turned around as soon as we saw the sign on the door "please excuse our noise." 8:00 A.M.---hammers pounding and doors slamming. I was NOT pleased!!! Spent the extra money to stay in a nice place! So much for that!
