Pros: The breakfast was good
Cons: I booked sometime ahead of our trip, called a week before to make sure my reservation was correct.. I asked for 2 rooms 2 nights adjoining rooms. Called an hour before we arrived and asked again that my rooms are adjoining. Was told yes.. We get to the hotel, and the adjoining rooms were not saved for us at all. Was told by night clerk she was sorry and would talk to management. next day as we went to see my son off at the Armary, he is going to Kosivo for a year. The reason for our family stay in the Shelbyville location. My mother had one room we had the other. Her debit card was charge full amount by the next day and overdrew her checking account. She told the night clerk as we checked in she would be paying cash and my husband and I were paying by credit card. The woman on days that basically called me a lier as I told her about the adjoins rooms mishap, she said she worked 2-10 that night and I didn't call.. I showed her the number I called from Bookings.com site to contact.. She said well that's not our fault that's our reservations office .. Question are they not connected??? She said all it said in the computer was we only asked for a second level rooms.. Not True at all.. I never asked that!!! I reserved in plenty of time adjoining rooms for my family!! And was made basically called a lier but the woman we dealt with.. I will never stay at this hotel again.. The stress of our Son going on deployment was enough to start with and to have such terrible attitudes and my reservations not held and lied too as well as told I was a lier!! Was just too much! Thank you for the opportunity to voice my thoughts..

Cons: Booked a room, they oversold and sent to to the Holiday Inn which didn't have a room and they sent me to another hotel.
