Tours of the factory offer insight into the company's history, its chocolate-making processes and how its products are shipped to locations around the world. Visitors may sample such gourmet confections as dark and hand-painted chocolates, pastries and truffles and compare and contrast them to standard chocolates. A basic tour, a lunch tour, a chocolate-making tour allowing visitors to create their own mousse and keep its recipe, and a full-day tour during which visitors spend the day with the company's owner are offered.

The basic tour requires a minimum of 20 people. The lunch, chocolate-making and full-day tours require a minimum of eight people.
