Switzerland County Historical Society Museum is at 210 E. Market St. at jct. Main St. The museum is housed in the former Vevay Presbyterian Church, built in 1860. Exhibits include items pertaining to local history, steamboat models and Indiana's first piano. The parsonage next door houses the Life on the Ohio River Museum which has artifacts from and information about the vessels that plied the river. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
