Indiana Military Museum is at 715 S. Sixth St. This extensive collection of military memorabilia features vehicles, weapons, uniforms and artifacts spanning the Civil War to the Gulf War, with particular emphasis on World War II. Outdoor exhibits include tanks, halftracks, helicopters, fighter aircraft and artillery. Indoor exhibits include uniforms worn by Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower and Gen. George S. Patton. Guided tours are available.
$5; $4 (ages 62+ and veterans with ID); $3 (ages 6-18).
Hours: Daily 10-4, Mar.-Dec.; Tues.-Sun. 11-4, rest of year.
