Overall, the hotel was fine. We did have a problem in our room with the A/C not working properly. We reported it, but it was never fixed. We relied on a fan to keep us cool the 3 nights we were there. We were told that all of the units needed to be replaced. Also, there was so much chlorine in the pool that my children couldn't swim in it.
Pros: There was a nice breakfast in the morning.
Cons: The A/C wasn't working properly in our room for the 3 nights we were there.
Traveling as Couple
This is a clean hotel, with friendly staff. The bed was worn, sagging toward the middle. The mattress pad and sheets were ill fitting and migrated throughout the night. The housekeeping staff was extremely loud in the morning.
Pros: Cleanliness and friendly staff.
Cons: Worn out bed and ill fitting sheets.
Family with Young Children
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Pool looked inviting even though we did not go in.
Pros: The Desk Staff was wonderful.
Cons: The breakfast was not up to Holiday Inns standards.
Pros: The staff - hotel empoloyee, in particular - was extremely accommodating, and saw to it personally that our needs were met. We were unhappy with the first room the we were assigned, She was eager to fix that, and did.
Cons: The room we were checked into initially smelled overwhelmingly of disinfectant or perfume. Happily, we were able to move to another room.
