Many choices of smoked meats, including pork, beef, poultry and seafood, are included on a menu of pit-style barbecue. Early-bird specials, served daily from 4:30 to 6 pm, include broasted chicken. Meats are served Texas style, with sauces on the side. Typical side dishes accompany the meats.
