Pros:
Cons: The fact that the jacuzzi was out of order. Should have been put on the booking site. Would have booked another hotel instead.

Pros: The breakfast was ok. I really liked that they were walking distance to the Marriott for us to walk to Familylife's "Weekend to Remember" next time we'll stay with hotel that hosts the conference.
Cons: Well I'll start with what didn't with, they tried to charge more for the room than we booked it for on booking.com then they wanted to blame booking.com for booking the wrong room at the wrong price. So since we live on a budget and don't run life off credit cards. We went in with a prepaid card with over the amount of the price of the room to cover the standard deposit fee motels charge. But since they didn't follow the booking price they they maxed out that card for one night on a two night stay. Then told us to come up with with another card to pay for the next night for clear out of the room. So I gave them my debit card to pay the second night. They turned around and charged both nights to my debit card. Now all the money on the prepaid is held up in waiting to be returned which could take a month or more to get released back to us. This has been a frustrating for us. I won't be staying with another of Holiday Inn or any of their other motel chains. Their manager in that motel and her attitude settled that for me. Since I am a Manager with a company that is all about customer service I know what it should look and act like. I as a customer give one chance to treat me right. They messed up blamed it on others and cunitued to mess things up. All I'm doing here is sharing my experience. They can't get my business again.
