Pros: Nice pool, the lay-out of the room was nice, the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The upholstery on the couch was worn and did not look very clean as a result.

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. I also loved the size of the rooms.
Cons: The bed was wet (presumably from cleaning mattress or something). Found a bagel down the side of the chair.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the facility condition is off-putting (see below).
Cons: I've stayed at this property several times, always in a first floor accessible room and have been quite happy. BUT, this time, I booked a 2 room suite and was put in Room 208. It was quite beat up! Of particular concern was the several broken floor tiles in the bathroom, pieces of which were ready to pop up and cut some bare feet if one wasn't being careful. The front desk's response when I noted this issue during check out: "We know, we know. We wish we COULD get it fixed"!!! The clear suggestion was that management on-site or higher up the food chain was putting the kibosh on fixing what should be a safety issue!! The tile in the kitchen was also cracked, but not dangerous like that in the bath. The bathroom sink also was cracked and the kitchen granite counter had been cracked completely through underneath the cooktop and badly repaired. Pans and utensils were less than basic in this room. It felt like I was staying in a different hotel from my prior stays. Not sure I'll be going there again.
