Pros: The staff was wonderful, responsive and welcoming. The rooms were clean and quiet. The housekeeping staff even dropped of extra towels when they learned we had two adults and two toddlers in a single king room (usually only get 1 spare towel for a 2 adult-occupant room).
The breakfast was typical for continental; maybe a few less options than other hotels, but perfectly acceptable for finding something that the two kids would eat.
The pool was small, but there was hardly anyone in there, so we had it all to ourselves.
The first morning, after flushing the toilet, it drained very slowly. A call to the front desk had a man with a plunger in-hand there in just a few minutes. No issues with it the rest of our stay.
Cons: The toilet's fill valve would oscillate/"hammer" when it got close to topping off the tank (you could mitigate it by reaching under the lid and holding the float down to keep the valve arm from bouncing up and down at the end of the fill). You could hear the same sound coming from the pipes in the walls of other people's toilets doing the same thing (not obtrusively loud, but you could tell you weren't the only room that had the same issue).
Pros: Good location. Seemed clean
Cons: Upon arrival we were basically forced to walk through 3 house keepers and 1 front desk guy standing by the front door smoking! We were 2 house early for check in but wanted to see if our room happened to be ready. The guy at the front desk (who had to put his cigarette out and follow us in) was very happy to tell us we were early and that check in was at 3 pm and our room wouldn't be done until then. He was short with us and it seemed like we were crazy for even asking. However after return later there was a new guy at the front desk and he was very friendly
Cons: the ac in the room didn't work well.

Pros: I loved the bed, and the location of the room. It was a nice quite room, and the customer service was great!
Pros: .The desk was so helpful. Got a handicapped room for us. My mother passed away while we were there. The guy at the desk went to our room and took our luggage to the car and gave us two goodie bags because we had to leave and go to the nursing home and no time to eat breakfast. They were very considerate and helpful at this time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The staff members were all very nice and courteous.
The location was very good, with lots of shopping and restaurants very close by, some literally within walking distance.
The breakfast offerings were great.
The beds were very comfortable.
The pool was good for the size of the property.
Cons: The bathroom had wallpaper on the walls. This must be challenging to clean as there were many lines of "splatter" from who knows where along the wall behind the toilet. y husband got down on hands and knees to look for something. He said there was a lot of dust and dirt along the wall line under the heating/cooling unit and along the edge of the platform under the beds.
An odd thing was the admonishment I received from the front desk clerk letting me know if I booked through a service like this instead of directly with the property, I was literally booked into a specific room from which I couldn't be moved to accommodate any additional request, such as being close to the pool. He did give us the room directly across from the pool. The closeness to the pool was great; however, the room was always very warm, even with the window open! Having to leave the window open led to having to listen to a lot of traffic at times.
Pros: Liked having freshly made omelette for breakfast. There are many restaurants close by.
Cons: Need to require guests to wear shoes and a shirt to breakfast.
Pros: Good bed. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The stuffed chair was a little high. Would have rather had a recliner.
Pros: The staff was amazing. The guy running things saturday and Sunday morning was awesome, very nice and made a very satisfying breakfast both days. The room was perfect size and clean.
Cons: It was very hot on the 3rd floor I had my air conditioner on the whole time and it was chilly ouside not hot so it was odd. Also there was a bit of a smell on the third floor to.
Pros: Convenient, easy to find location. Super friendly staff for our relatively late check in and for breakfast the next morning. Love the blue lobby wall and updated modern decor.
Cons: A bit too expensive.

Pros: Quiet and clean!
Cons: The beds were too hard for me as I woke up with a back ache. The breakfast could have used some scrambled eggs or some egg dish.

Pros: Love the bed! Mattress on the firm side which is a rare find in US hotels. I've never slept that well in any hotel around the US, and I travel a lot and use top rated ones.
Pros: First time staying at a Sleep Inn. Went to I Wireless for concert was easy to get yo and back. Front staff was very polite and helpful
Pros: Comfortable bed and a spacious room.
Cons: The breakfast left something to be desired and the shower had low pressure.
Pros: Slept like a log! Very comfortable mattress. AC had a good white noise sound..it stayed on versus constant shutting off/on during the night.
Breakfast was great! Super made to order omelettes!
Cons: Elevator is very slow, so we took stairs up one floor:)

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. They were interested in our plans (without being nosey) and helped us find our way around and find points of interest.
Pros: One of the best front desk staffs I've encountered. Went out of their way to be informative and welcoming.
Clean throughout - especially room
So much better than 80% of the other hotels in this area.
Very good pricing.
