Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower is at Wilson Ave. and Lincolnway on the s.w. corner of the courthouse square. Built of glass and ceramic cement, the shaft supports an observation deck at the 120-foot level and contains 14 bronze bells. A glass elevator transports visitors to the observation deck.
