The hotel has been completely renovated, and rooms display contemporary décor. The pool area is a bit on the small side but is still an excellent place for families to hang out.
Smoke free premises. 51 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Pros: It was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Pros: Everything was great except for the elevator.
Cons: The elevator needed maintenance. I thought I was going to get stuck in it. I took the stairs from the 3rd floor.

Pros: The rooms were very nice!!!!! Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Definitely recommend.
Cons: No jacuzzi.
Cons: Water leak in bathroom
Cons: Service. They checked me out without talking to me first. When I returned to the facility, they claimed to have called my room but I didn't answer. They failed to call my cell. I decided to stay for one more night but management refused to let me stay at the same rate because they claimed I booked online. They hiked the price by 40%. I packed up, and stayed at the Hampton which was way better for little less
Pros: Newly renovated, good breakfast options, quick check-in
Cons: I had a room right next to the elevator, so it was a little noisy.

Cons: We booked two rooms for Friday and Saturday night while our floors were being refinished. As my daughter and I both were having problems with our necks, it was important that there was a hot tub. We chose Pearl City Best Western because there was a photo of a hot tub in their materials. When we arrived there was no hot tub and we were told the hot tub had been removed during remodeling. We asked about canceling our reservations and were told "No".When we got to our room there was a rust colored pillow on the bed. Upon closer inspection there was a very large sticky red stain on the pillow and on part of the chair. It looked like it was a slushy or perhaps cough syrup. We put it aside because it was late and we were tired. When we turned out the lights, the main light near the door continued to flicker. It flickered continuously and made for very little sleep that night. I am not sure if I actually slept or just passed out after undergoing some sort of a seizure. The next morning I went to the front desk. I explained about the light and handed over the pillow. I left my cell phone number and was assured the owner or manager would be calling me. We returned at about 8:30 that night after having dinner. I again spoke to the employee at the front desk and explained my problems of the previous night and noted that no one had called me and offered to show them my cell phone. I was told that someone had tried to reach me on the ROOM phone, not my cell phone. I was told that the manager had been called and that I was to be given a $20 refund for last night's stay.We went back to the room and the light was still flickering, but the pillow had been replaced. Back down to the desk. We were offered a different room, but my husband declined because he was very tired and did not want to cart all the luggage from one or possibly two locations to different rooms. The light flickered all night.
Pros: Very clean! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Towels were very nice. Quite attractive room.
Cons: This hotel is under complete construction and should not be open for customers. The entrance was gravel and the entryway didn't have tiles. The halls were in the process of painting with plastic and paint cans everywhere. My room smelled of paint fumes and it clearly had not been vacuumed. Fixtures were improperly installed and falling off the walls. The hotel would be better off to shut it's doors than have guests stay as I will never stay at this hotel again no matter what.
Cons: They are remodeling the motel and is a total mess. Was not told about this at all and dust levels were very high and tools everywhere. Should be nice when done but won't stay again.
