Pros: The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was actually good, and the coffee excellent!!
Cons: Everything was great especially the price I got on the room.

Visiting family in Iowa.
Pros: Good hotel in the right location. Getting compensation for the trouble we had with the room key.
Cons: Some mix-up with our room reservations, but ironed out by the staff. We had quite a bit of trouble with the key card not working on our door. Looked at by hotel manager and maintenance .
