Jaliscan Cultural Center (Casa de la Cultura Jalisciense) is at avs. 16 de Septiembre and Constituyentes, near Agua Azul Park. This state-supported center houses a movie theater, two art exhibition halls, artists' studios and the offices of various culture-oriented organizations. The Guadalajara Public Library also is in this building.
